The Opportunity
We are looking for a Property & Office Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a diverse property enterprise and business office in a rural setting. This is a varied and fast-moving role that combines property operations, office management, project coordination, and support for selected confidential matters on behalf of the Owner.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Property maintenance, servicing, and contractor management of up to 10 properties.
- Utilities, service contracts, compliance records, and operational administration.
- Budget monitoring, expenditure tracking, and reporting.
- Office systems, records, and administrative processes.
- Producing accurate reports, trackers, and management of information.
- Coordinating building, renovation and improvement projects when active.
- Managing selected confidential matters on behalf of the Owner.
- Ensuring actions, decisions and projects progress efficiently and reach completion.

- Calm under pressure – You can manage competing priorities and urgent issues without losing control of the detail.
Your Experience
We welcome applicants from property management, office management, operations, project coordination, EA, PA and other high-trust administrative backgrounds. Property experience is advantageous but not essential.
Desired experience in:
- Managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Coordinating contractors, suppliers, or professional advisers.
- Managing budgets, expenditure, or financial information.
- Working independently and delivering outcomes without close supervision.
- Communicating clearly with senior stakeholders.
Package
- £40,000–£45,000 depending on experience.
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9.00am–5.00pm.
- Company pension.
- Occasional out-of-hours responsiveness for urgent property or project matters.
