SEN Teaching Assistants & Behaviour Mentors – Birmingham & Surrounding Areas

The Supply Room is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants and Behaviour Mentors to support pupils across specialist school settings in Birmingham and the surrounding areas. We are currently recruiting for long-term opportunities supporting pupils with complex SEN, Autism, SEMH and behavioural needs.
Successful candidates will play a key role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping to create a safe, structured and engaging learning environment while building positive relationships that encourage confidence and progress.
Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN, SEMH or behavioural needs
- Experience within education, youth work, support work, care or similar settings
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Calm, patient and resilient approach
- Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
Hours: Monday to Friday, term time only
Pay: £92 – £105 per day (depending on experience)
