Job Advert: Sales Negotiator

You will be at the forefront of our business, managing customer interactions, booking valuations and viewings, and playing a key role in driving sales success.
This position would be based across our two offices in Shipley and Bingley.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and provide helpful, friendly advice.
- Perform market reviews with clients.
- Record Customer feedback and keep clients informed.
- Negotiate offers and support the sales process from start to finish.
- Book valuation appointments to help generate new business.
- Work closely with clients and solicitors to ensure a smooth experience.
- Handle administrative tasks, including organising marketing materials, maintaining window displays and ordering office supplies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Viewings and valuations booked.
- New instructions and sales agreed.
- Sales completed.
- Referrals for mortgages and conveyancing.
Hours of Work:
- Monday – Friday: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm.
- Alternate Saturdays: 9.00 am – 1.00 pm.
Pay
- £27,500 - £30,500 OTE
- Uncapped Referral Scheme
