Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Mobile Response Officer to join our security team in Kent. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises. This position involves responding to incidents, conducting patrols, and maintaining a visible presence to deter potential threats. The Mobile Response Officer will be expected to demonstrate excellent observational skills and a proactive approach to security.
Duties
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to monitor for suspicious activity or breaches of security.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage to property.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and actions taken for record-keeping purposes.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed during critical situations.
- Maintain clear communication with other security personnel and management regarding ongoing issues or concerns.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a security role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A valid driver's licence is required for mobile patrol duties.
- Must be able to pass background checks and any necessary pre-employment screenings.
