What You'll Be Doing:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll run your own business within the business. You’ll master your market, control your pipeline, and close deals with high-value clients across the UK and Europe. This is pure performance-based sales — where every win counts.
Your responsibilities include:
- Owning and growing a niche recruitment market
- Building a profitable client portfolio through outbound sales & strategic targeting
- Generating and qualifying top-tier candidate leads
- Negotiating, closing, and managing full recruitment cycles
- Creating a standout digital brand and online presence
- Collaborating with a high-energy team who push for more — every single day
What’s In It For You:
- Base Salary: £25,000 - £25,750.00
- Uncapped Commission: Earn what you’re worth — realistic OTE:
Year 1: £30–45k
Year 2: £50–70k
Year 3: £100k+
