At Wright Brothers, we’ve been sourcing and serving exceptional sustainable seafood for over 20 years. What started with our co-founders Ben Wright and Robin Hancock selling oysters has grown into the UK’s leading seafood supplier, Wright Brothers Wholesale, delivering premium seafood to over 500 restaurants across the country.
Today our story continues through our thriving restaurants and our online fishmonger, Wright Brothers at Home, bringing the same quality seafood direct to homes nationwide.
We are proud to operate three restaurants in some of London’s most iconic food destinations: Battersea Power Station, Borough Market and South Kensington.

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key leadership role within the kitchen team — overseeing your section, supporting junior chefs, and helping deliver the high standards of food quality and consistency that define the Wright Brothers experience.
Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you’ll take ownership of your section while contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen. You’ll lead by example during service, maintain exceptional standards, and support the development of the wider kitchen team.
You’ll bring strong technical ability, organisation, and a passion for quality ingredients, helping us continue to deliver exceptional seafood and hospitality experiences to every guest.
