Job Purpose
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual who is able to prioritise their workload, with excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will have a key role in supporting our customers and sales team.
Key Responsibilities:

Taking orders over the phone and through email, and accurately inputting these orders into a SAP system (to create order acknowledgements, invoices and delivery notes).

Providing customer service on any inbound or outbound calls/emails

Working with the sales team to resolve customer queries

Updating customer orders

Liaising with the warehouse team to pick and arrange packing of goods for shipment

Sending samples to customers

General office administration (filing, answering calls)
The role requires a minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service / sales office environment.
Experience of SAP is advantageous.
