We are delighted to be expanding our team of Home Care Assistants, offering competitive hourly rates of £14.00 to £14.50 per hour.
As a Home Care Assistant at Fraser Elite, you will support people to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place where they feel happiest and most secure — their own home.
Our approach to home care is centred around relationships, not routines. Rather than focusing solely on tasks, we take time to understand each client as an individual — their lifestyle, interests, personal preferences, and what makes them feel happy and fulfilled. With visits typically lasting at least one hour, our Home Care Assistants have the opportunity to deliver thoughtful, person-centred care that nurtures wellbeing, encourages independence, and truly makes a difference.

This is a full-time position and therefore flexibility to work shifts scheduled between 7am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday, is an essential requirement of this role. You will typically work 4-5 days per week, with a requirement to work every second weekend. Visits are organised in linked runs wherever possible to minimise unnecessary gaps and create structured, efficient working day. Travel time between visits is paid, ensuring you are fairly compensated for your full working day.

Essential Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A full valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use
- Willingness to travel between clients in Ellon and surrounding areas, and occasionally North Aberdeen
- Full flexibility to work between 7am and 10pm Monday-Sunday
- A genuine passion and commitment to delivering high quality care
