Job Summary
As a Stadium Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our prestigious stadium. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and safe environment for our visitors, ensuring that they have a memorable experience. This is a part-time position with flexible shifts including match days, evenings and weekends. The role will include both indoor and outdoor working weather conditions.
Responsibilities
– Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, to maintain the cleanliness of the stadium concourses, seating areas, and toilet facilities.
– Empty refuse bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
– Clean and disinfect surfaces, including handrails, doors, and other high-touch areas, to prevent the spread of germs and ensure a sanitary environment.
– Restock toilet supplies, such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels, to maintain a comfortable experience for visitors.
– Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
– Assist with setting up and cleaning after events, ensuring that the stadium is always ready for the next game or event.
– Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
Requirements
– Previous experience in cleaning roles is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks.
– Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
– Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and carrying cleaning supplies.
– Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
