What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced loft conversion carpenter to join our team. You should be confident in your own work, able to collaborate effectively, and capable of stepping into a team leader role when required to keep projects running smoothly.
Location:
All work is within a 45minute drive of Leeds town centre LS1 so candidates must be local or able to commute easily around this area.
Please note: This role is part of our plan to strengthen our team and support ongoing projects, not to replace anyone. We rarely post openings, as we value long-term team members.
We are seeking a team member who can make a meaningful impact and help the company grow.
Experience and Skills
To be considered, you should have:
Significant experience in loft conversions, ideally seven or more years.
Several completed loft conversions in the last three years.
Strong first and second fix carpentry skills, with additional skills being a bonus.
The ability to read and work from loft conversion drawings.
The ability to support the team and step in to keep the team focused and on schedule when needed.
Attention to detail, including materials, site safety, and quality control.

Requirements
Minimum 37 working hours per week
Initially on a self employed basis
Great rates of pay for right candidates looking for long term work.
Rates of pay to be discussed on experience and skills set
Own transport and tools. Van will be provided for right candidate.
Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe site.
