We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll play an integral role in maintaining high service standards and supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy restaurant environment.

- Assisting with the day-to-day management of restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and safety
- Leading and supporting the front-of-house team, promoting teamwork and effective communication
- Delivering excellent customer service and resolving guest queries or concerns
- Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
- Assisting with staff scheduling, stock control, and administrative duties
- Helping create a memorable dining experience for every guest
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
