We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our busy hospitality team. Duties
- Washing, cleaning, and sanitising dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to uphold hygiene standards
- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks as directed by chefs or kitchen supervisors
- Supporting the organisation of kitchen supplies and storage areas
- Ensuring the cleanliness of work surfaces, floors, and equipment throughout the shift
Requirements
- Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or hospitality is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Experience working in restaurants, hotels, or other hospitality settings is desirable
- Good organisational skills with an eye for cleanliness and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about kitchen operations and hygiene standards
