We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met professionally and with genuine care. The ideal person requires good communication skills, a can-do attitude and really care about looking after our customers.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Interaction with our customers.
- Assist customers with slots information (full training given).
- Train new staff members in customer service protocols and best practices.
- Utilise basic maths skills to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organised lounge.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
- To be able to prioritise and problem-solve.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customers.
- A really friendly manner and a commitment to providing high-quality customer experience.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 30.0 per week
