Hourly Rate / Salary: £13.71ph & overtime paid at x1.25 + holiday pay(Weekly pay)
Duration: Temporary to Permanent

As a skilled Machine Minder, you will work closely with your colleagues ensuring a smooth day-to-day running of busy production lines, covering across all areas of the line whilst overseeing the machine operation. You would have previously worked in fresh produce of FMCG and enjoy working within a close-knit team.

Duties of the role:
· Operate and designated production machinery to ensure products are manufactured to the required quality, safely and on time, support smooth production flow.
· Carry out machine start-up checks, paperwork and basic machine set-ups
· Monitor machine performance
· Make basic adjustments where trained to support efficient workflow
· Cover each section of the production line where required to support workflow
· Support across other areas across the business inline with business needs
Candidates must have:
· Previous experience operating machinery within FMCG or Fresh Produce
· Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
· Strong communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· A can-do attitude
· Ability to work under pressure
