Job Role – Support Worker
We’re looking for kind, reliable, and patient Support Workers who want a long-term role where they can really settle in, build trust, and provide consistent support. You’ll be supporting a lovely lady to develop meaningful relationships and new connections within her local community. Being a driver is essential to drive the clients mobility vehicle.
Ideally, this role would suit an applicant with experience/training in the following: Autism and Learning Disabilities / Epilepsy. (however training will be provided).
The successful applicant will need to be a driver to allow the service user to access her local community and attend day services.
Situated: Knutsford
Shifts: Monday - Sunday - 24 hour shifts
(You will be integrated into an established team, we can provide hours from 6-40+ hours per week, you will be required to work a minimum of two weekends a month)

Tordan Healthcare Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience within the Health & Social Care sector
- Full clean driver's license
- NVQ Level 2 (Minimum or working towards obtaining)
- Content on working alternate weekends
