We are passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children aged 0–5 years, offering innovative and creative learning opportunities that reflect the diverse world around them.
Conveniently located in Leamington, with excellent links to the A46/M40/M42.
About You
Are you passionate about childcare? Do you love getting involved, having fun, and celebrating children’s achievements? If so, we’d love to welcome you to our team.
We require full time qualified practitioners to join our growing team. The role includes providing high quality care and education to children between 0-5 years in our nursery.
You will be responsible for a small group of key children and will update their learning journals using our online system. Practitioners are responsible for forging strong relationships with parents/carers and should be confident in handing over each day.
You’ll bring a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and genuine love for children’s learning and development. Strong communication skills are essential, as these support children’s language development and help build warm, trusting relationships with families. If you have these qualities, the rest will come naturally.
Shift hours are between the hours of 8.00am-6.00pm.
