About the Role:
As an Energy Consultant, you will play a vital role in reaching out to prospective and existing clients to offer our comprehensive range of services. This is an office-based business-to-business telesales position where you will manage your own client portfolio, including generating your own clients, arranging supply contracts, and identify cross-selling opportunities for additional services we provide.
You will be responsible for managing the client relationship from start to finish, acting as their single point of contact and ensuring that their energy needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to generate new business, renew existing contracts, and actively identify upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Telesales & Client Acquisition: Reach out to prospective clients and generate new business through outbound calls.
- Account Management: Manage your own pipeline, building long-term relationships with clients.
- Service Presentation: Offer tailored energy consultancy services that align with clients' specific business needs.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and excellent service delivery.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients at all stages of the sales process.

- Commission Structure: Uncapped commission with realistic OTE between £40,000 and £60,000 per annum.

Requirements:
- Excellent Telephone Manner: Professional, articulate, and confident on the phone.
- Proven Sales Experience: Ideally business-to-business (B2B), but we will consider candidates with other relevant sales experience.
- Target Driven: Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Self-Motivated: A driven character with enthusiasm and passion to succeed.
- Account Management: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own client pipeline effectively.
