Looking for a cheerful and with a positive attitude beauty therapist into our team who is excited to learn new skills.
Responsibilities
- Able to offer brow and lash services (not extensions)
- Perform simple facial massage and mask application.
- Offer head spa service (training will be provided).
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments.
- Be part of the salon team ensuring that the high level of cleanliness and tidiness is met.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and boost sales.
- Help with reception responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Massage or Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge and passion towards different massage techniques.
- Ability to upsell services and products confidently while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy or related fields are a bonus, but not necessary.
