Smartcall Specialist Care is proud to be recruiting for a specialist Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Rehabilitation Hospital near to Cardiff, supporting men and women with a primary diagnosis of learning disabilities or Autism, a dual diagnosis of mental illness and/or personality disorder, Complex needs and behaviours that Challenge and Forensic needs and histories
We are looking for Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD) who are committed, compassionate, and motivated to make a lasting difference in the lives of patients on their rehabilitation journey.
Salary Bandings (Experience Dependent):
- under 1 years experience: £19.91/hr – £40,671.49 per year
- Up to 2 Years Post-Preceptorship: £20.47/hr – £42,045 per year
- 2+ Years Post-Preceptorship : £22.68/hr – £46482 per year
Essential Requirements:
- Active NMC registration as RMN or RNLD
- Minimum 1 year UK nursing experience in mental health or LD services
- Right to work in the UK (We do not offer s p o n s o r s h i p )
- A caring, professional approach with strong teamwork and communication skills
