Not every child succeeds in a mainstream classroom—but every child deserves the opportunity to succeed.
At Equal Education, we're an award-winning social enterprise on a mission to close the attainment gap for children and young people facing significant barriers to education. Through personalised, one-to-one tuition and mentoring, we help learners rebuild confidence, re-engage with learning, and achieve outcomes they never thought possible.
We work in partnership with local authorities, schools, and alternative provision settings to support:
- Children Looked After (CLA)
- Learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC)
- Young people who are permanently excluded or at risk of exclusion
- Learners unable to access full-time education for social or emotional reasons
If you're an experienced teacher looking for meaningful, flexible work where you can make a genuine difference, we'd love to hear from you.
