The Role
We are looking for a self-motivated B2B Appointment Setter to join our team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for the full "top-of-funnel" sales process: identifying prospects, sourcing contact data, and booking qualified discovery calls for our senior team.
This is a 100% remote role, perfect for a disciplined sales professional who thrives on the "hunt" and wants to earn significant bonuses for high performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing: Identify and research potential B2B clients from scratch using LinkedIn and online directories.
Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calling and follow-up emails to decision-makers.
Qualification: Ensure every appointment booked meets our specific criteria for budget, authority, and need.
Booking: Manage the calendar and ensure a smooth hand-off to the closing team.
What We’re Looking For
The "Hunter" Mentality: You aren't afraid of cold calling or building your own lead lists from the ground up.
B2B Experience: Proven track record in appointment setting or outbound sales preferred.
Self-Sufficiency: As this is a remote role without a provided tech stack, you must be comfortable managing your own workflow and sourcing data manually.
Resilience: A positive attitude and the ability to handle the "no's" to get to the "yes."
