About the Role:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to patients and residents in hospitals, care homes, and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients with personal care and daily living activities
- Supporting mobility and promoting independence
- Monitoring and recording patient observations
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Working closely with nurses and healthcare professionals
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 12 months UK experience as a Healthcare Assistant working in a Care or Nursing Home
- Experience on working 121 Care Packages
- A caring, patient, and professional attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS (preferred but not essential as one can be provided)
