Form F Assessor (Self-Employed)
Location: West Midlands
Pay: £2,000 + expenses

We are currently recruiting experienced Form F Assessors on behalf of a well-established fostering organisation across the West Midlands.
This is a flexible, self-employed opportunity ideal for qualified social workers looking to take on additional or full-time independent work.

Role responsibilities:
- Complete high-quality Form F assessments for prospective foster carers
- Undertake home visits, interviews, and background checks
- Produce detailed analytical reports for fostering panel
- Ensure assessments meet fostering regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered)
- Experience completing Form F assessments
- Strong report writing and analytical skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Hold, or be willing to take out professional indemnity insurance.
- Pass statutory and company checks as part of the assessment process.
- Ideally, have completed and taken to Panel at least one Form F Assessment previously.
Pay: Up to £2,000.00 per week
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Form F Assessment: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Social Work England (required)
