Job Overview
DoubleR Security Ltd is currently recruiting professional and reliable Security Drivers to support operations at a prestigious automotive client in Hatfield AL10 9UA.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a premium automotive brand. We are looking for professional, well-presented and customer-focused individuals who can maintain the highest standards of security while delivering outstanding customer service.
This is an ongoing ad-hoc position, with regular work available based on client requirements and performance.
Working Hours
- Standard shift: 08:00 – 18:00
- 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Pay
£13.40 per hour
Duties
- Safely drive customer and company vehicles when instructed.
- Carry out regular security patrols around the site.
- Protect vehicles, staff, visitors and company property.
- Monitor the premises and report any suspicious activity.
- Assist customers and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Complete daily reports and incident logs accurately.
- Follow all site procedures and health & safety policies.
- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent DoubleR Security to the highest standard.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Minimum age of 25 (insurance requirement).
- Maximum 3 penalty points.
- Previous driving or security experience is preferred.
- SIA Door Supervisor licence is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual and flexible.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dress Code
Applicants must attend every shift wearing:
- Plain black polo shirt or plain black T-shirt.
- Black trousers.
- Plain black shoes or boots (no visible logos or branding).
Uniform must always be clean, smart and professional.
