Parts Telesales Executive

Your Role
Rygor Heathrow Truck are looking for a Parts Telesales Executive to join their brilliant Parts team. This role plays a key part in supporting their customers by proactively selling parts, building long-term relationships, and ensuring a consistently high level of service. You’ll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, identifying customer needs, sourcing the correct parts, and converting enquiries into sales while maintaining accurate records and achieving agreed targets.
- ️ Day to day, you will be:

Proactively selling parts to existing and new customers via outbound calls

Handling inbound telesales enquiries efficiently and professionally
-
Identifying customer requirements and advising on suitable parts solutions
-
Tracking and booking in all incoming or outgoing parts for a dealership

Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock and thinking outside the box to ensure we keep customer vehicles on the road

Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed appropriately

Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer

Refer to the parts manual to identify the right part for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced

Autoline/ Kerridge experience
-
preparing and following up quotations to maximise conversion

Building strong, long-term customer relationships
-
Processing orders accurately and ensuring timely follow-up

Working closely with the wider Parts and Aftersales teams

Achieving individual and team sales targets

Maintaining accurate customer and sales records on internal systems
This role will be a great fit for you if:

Previous experience in parts sales, telesales or a customer-facing sales role (automotive or commercial vehicles preferred)

Confident and professional telephone manner

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-
Sales-driven with a proactive, organised approach

Able to work well as part of a team and independently

Good IT skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to use all appropriate modules of Keyloop/Kerridge.
