Job Purpose:
To assist the technical manager by providing factory floor support and ensuring compliance to legal and customer requirements through auditing and collaboratively working with site teams. Be the go-to person for advice on the shop floor to support production and engineering teams with anything technical related.
Key Tasks:
- Conducting internal audits including GMP, CCP, internal fabrication, hygiene, glass and hard plastic whilst continuously driving improvements through audits.
- Highlight non-conformances to the technical manager.
- Help in the preparation for customer audits.
- Collection of key information to ensure due diligence is met, also collection of samples, swabs as directed by the sampling schedule.
- Assist with the maintenance of internal audits.
- Assist in ensuring that the quality records are maintained.
- Assist the technical manager with adherence to policy and procedures.
- Undertake any other reasonable task as requested by the technical manager.
