We are a new convenience store based in the heart of Heacham, right at the centre of our local community. Our team takes pride in building strong relationships with customers, many of whom you’ll get to know on a first-name basis.
We offer a comfortable working environment in a fully air-conditioned store, along with a competitive rate of pay. There will also be opportunities to pick up additional hours during busier periods, particularly in the summer months.
In this role, you’ll play an important part in the day-to-day running of the store. You’ll deliver excellent customer service, ensure shelves are well stocked and attractively presented, and help maintain high store standards. Your duties will include ordering and receiving stock, replenishing products efficiently, and merchandising displays. Full training will be provided, including food-to-go procedures and in-store systems. Depending on your shift pattern, you may also be responsible for opening and closing the store, completing start- and end-of-day tasks, and supporting our in-store bakery.
We’re looking for flexible candidates who are available to work weekends and cover holidays. You should be comfortable using a touchscreen till and must be over 18 due to the sale of age-restricted products such as alcohol. Previous experience in a supermarket or convenience store is desirable but not essential.
