Private Client Solicitor - Knutsford or Chester - Salary up to £65,000

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-value private client matters, including working with HNWI's, business owners (including agribusiness and farmers) as well as interesting trusts work, within a friendly and supportive team.

Duties
- Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and estate planning documents
- Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and wealth management strategies
- Managing probate applications and estate administration processes efficiently
- Negotiating terms and agreements with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties to achieve favourable outcomes
- Providing clear legal advice tailored to individual client needs
- Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients
Experience
- Proven experience as a Private Client Solicitor, with at least 5 years' PQE
- Strong understanding of estate law, inheritance tax regulations, trusts, and probate
- Demonstrable negotiation skills with the ability to secure favourable agreements for clients
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Previous experience working with high-net-worth individuals is desirable but not essential
