Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity
- Follow individualised care plans to meet specific needs and preferences
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication as directed and ensure accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding care requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all clients
- Use IT systems to record care activities accurately and efficiently
Experience
- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Basic IT literacy for recording and updating care plans and documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds

Pay: £12.70-£12.71 per hour
