Mixing Production Operative / Yard Operative – Temp to Perm

Evolution Recruit are currently recruiting for a Mixing Production Operative / Yard Operative on a temp to perm basis for a busy manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term role with stable hours and ongoing progression.
Pay & Hours
- £14.18 per hour
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am – 12:00pm
- 30-minute paid break
- 30-minute unpaid break
- 20-minute break on Fridays
Main Duties
- Mixing products and materials to company specifications
- Operating production and mixing equipment
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving stock and materials around the warehouse safely
- Heavy lifting and manual handling throughout the shift
- Maintaining high health & safety standards
- General warehouse and housekeeping duties
- Supporting the production team to meet daily targets
- FLT license and experience are essential for this role
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience are essential
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work
- Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
- Able to work well within a team and independently
- Looking for a long-term opportunity
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work and wants to secure a permanent position after a successful temporary period.
