We are seeking a compassionate, driven, and highly motivated Registered Manager to lead a well-established adult care service in the Basingstoke area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or existing Registered Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care while leading and developing high-performing teams.
This role would suit an ambitious care professional who thrives in a leadership environment and is committed to creating safe, empowering, and positive outcomes for both residents and staff.
As Registered Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, safeguarding, and team performance are consistently achieved.
You will lead by example, promoting a culture of compassion, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Oversee the day-to-day management of the service

Ensure full CQC compliance and maintain high-quality standards

Lead, motivate, and develop the care team

Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and performance

Drive occupancy, service development, and operational excellence

Promote person-centred care and positive outcomes for individuals supported

Manage budgets and ensure effective resource management

Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and external stakeholders

Maintain safeguarding standards and ensure safe care practices at all times

Previous experience as a Registered Manager or strong experience as a Deputy Manager within adult social care

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
