As the business continues to grow, we are building a stronger marketing function to support our brands, showrooms, campaigns and customer journey. We are now looking for a Marketing Executive to join the team at our Knowsley HQ and help make our marketing more consistent, more engaging and more joined-up.
The Role
This is a full-time, office-based position at our Knowsley headquarters, working closely with the Head of Marketing, Graphic Designer, sales teams, showroom teams, operational departments and external partners.
You'll play a key role in delivering marketing activity across multiple channels, including social media, email, SMS, WhatsApp, events, showroom marketing and printed materials. You'll help turn everyday business activity into compelling marketing content that supports customer engagement and commercial growth.
This role goes beyond simply scheduling social media posts. We're looking for someone who can help bring our brands to life, maintain a strong presence across customer touchpoints and ensure campaigns are delivered effectively from concept through to execution
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Plan, write, schedule and publish organic social media content across relevant platforms.
- Monitor social media channels and support customer engagement through comments, messages and interactions.
- Identify content opportunities from showrooms, installations, customer projects, events and product displays.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to coordinate content creation and maximise marketing opportunities.
Campaign Management
- Support the delivery of email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Assist with audience segmentation, content creation, testing and campaign performance reviews.
- Help ensure marketing communications are relevant, engaging and aligned with business objectives.
Events & Showroom Marketing
- Support showroom and event marketing activity, including promotional campaigns, customer communications and follow-up activity.
- Coordinate event materials such as signage, displays, QR codes, handouts and branded collateral.
- Help drive awareness and footfall through local marketing initiatives.
Marketing Coordination
- Assist with the production of printed marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters and showroom assets.
- Support wider campaign delivery by coordinating messaging, offers, creative requirements and campaign updates.
- Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience in a hands-on marketing role, ideally at Marketing Executive level or equivalent.
- Experience planning, writing and scheduling organic social media content.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
- Experience supporting email marketing campaigns.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Confident working with internal stakeholders, designers, agencies and external suppliers.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Desirable
- Experience with SMS and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, customer data management and audience segmentation.
- Experience using social media scheduling platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Basic understanding of campaign reporting and performance analysis.
- Experience updating website content.
- Experience within home improvement, interiors, retail, property, showroom or customer-facing sectors.
- Experience supporting event marketing and printed marketing collateral.
Qualifications
A formal marketing qualification is beneficial but not essential.
Relevant qualifications may include:

- Marketing Apprenticeship
- Content Marketing Certification
However, we place greater value on practical experience, strong organisational skills, creativity and the ability to deliver effective marketing activity.

Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
