Hours: 50 hours a week 7am-5:30pm
Salary: 45k – 55k + bonus + overtime
OC Motors are seeking an Estimator, with a keen interest or previous experience within the motor trade, to work as a part of our busy team in Sheffield
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate estimates on body repairs to accident damaged vehicles using the Audatex computerised estimating system.
- Calculate the time required to complete all necessary repairs and inform the body shop of the authorisation of additional work needed.
- Building relationships with customers whilst maximizing sales opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Computer literate
- The ability to multitask and prioritise your work load.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Negotiation and quick decision making abilities.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure using own initiative and as part of a team.
- Knowledge/Experience within the motor trade is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
