Library and Digital Resource Facilitator

21 hours per week, Langside Campus
Are you a customer focused individual with excellent interpersonal skills? We are currently seeking a motivated Library and Digital Resources Facilitator at our Langside Campus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the delivery of a high-quality library, information and learning hub service
- Deliver learning and digital technology services and resources
- Support library users with subject enquiries, use of library services including software and equipment to ensure a professional service is offered
- Provide digital support to learners and develop appropriate resources to support learners
- Deliver desk duties to ensure a professional and effective customer focused service to the satisfaction of all users
Requirements:

SCQF level 7 relevant qualification (HNC or equivalent) or relevant experience in a similar role
- A good understanding of the use of ICT and support materials to support learners and learning and teaching
- Ability to work methodically and accurately, with proven organisational skills
