We are partnering with a leading manufacturer in the ventilation and air movement sector to appoint an M&E Specification Manager covering the North of England. This role will focus on building and influencing specifications across the commercial and residential markets.
You will engage with senior stakeholders across M&E consulting and contracting organisations, influencing product specifications at an early project stage and managing a pipeline across both new and existing accounts.
The Role
- Develop and execute a specification strategy across commercial and residential sectors
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships within M&E consultancies, contractors, and subcontractors
- Influence specifications at design stage to secure route-to-market opportunities
- Deliver CPD presentations and technical product training to design and engineering teams
Our ideal candidate
- Proven M&E Specification Manager or similar specification-focused sales experience
- Strong understanding of the commercial and/or residential construction supply chain
- Established network of senior M&E contacts across the North of England
- Confident communicator able to present at director and partner level
- Self-motivated and capable of managing a territory autonomously
- Full UK driving licence required

- Basic salary up to £50,000
