Connect Appointments is recruiting FLT Counterbalance Drivers for ongoing work with an established waste management business based in Drax, Selby - with immediate starts available.

Ongoing temporary position

Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm - 40 paid hours per week @ £13.71 p/hour

Sunday, 6am to 6pm - 11.5 paid hours at double time
As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, your duties will include:

Operating a diesel Counterbalance forklift truck (up to 3,500kg) safely within a busy waste management environment

Emptying 1,100 litre bins using the forklift and box van with tail lift

Supporting general waste management duties across the site

Adhering to all health and safety standards throughout the shift
To be considered as an FLT Counterbalance Driver, you will need:

A valid Counterbalance forklift licence - diesel FLT experience essential

Access to own transport due to the location of the site

A reliable, safety-focused approach to work
