We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our Lettings team in our award-winning Melton Mowbray office - someone who can hit the ground running and add value from day one. A rare opportunity has arisen to join the area's leading property professionals within an award-winning, independent Estate & Letting Agent.

What we're looking for

- Proven experience within the lettings sector in property management and the lettings process - this is an essential requirement

- A great listener with a positive mindset
- A commercially minded, process-driven approach, with the ability to spot opportunities and resolve issues tactfully
- A confident communicator, comfortable both in person and over the telephone
- A solid working knowledge of current lettings legislation, including the Renters' Rights Act 2025
What you'll be doing day to day
- Managing a portfolio of properties through the rental cycle
- Ensuring reactive and planned maintenance is handled swiftly and in the best interests of the property, landlord and tenant
- Managing the let from application through to move-in, ensuring a positive experience at every step
- Compiling all documentation required by legislation for property lettings
- Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with landlords and tenants
- Keeping our systems accurate and up to date so contractors, tenants and landlords always have the information they need

What we need from you
- Demonstrable experience within the lettings industry and confidence managing a portfolio independently
- A full driving licence
- A commitment to continued professional development
