We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our team. Fluency in Spanish and experience with Salesforce are highly desirable. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers who enquired for medical treatment.
- Identify new sales opportunities through market analysis and client outreach.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions tailored to client needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
- Utilise Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales activities efficiently.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to align sales strategies with organisational goals.
- Provide feedback from clients regarding product performance and potential improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and customer needs effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines.
- Fluency in Urdu/Hindi is highly advantageous for engaging with diverse client bases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
