Grounds person / Maintenance
We are looking for a hands-on Head Grounds person to help maintain our caravan park to a high standard.
Key duties include:
- Grounds maintenance and general DIY/repairs
- Supervising and supporting a small team
- Maintaining machinery, equipment, and tools
- Hot tub maintenance (training available)
- Ensuring the park is clean, safe, and well-presented
- Maintaining high Health & Safety standards across the park
- Providing on-call cover as part of a rota
About you:
- Practical, reliable, and detail-focused
- Good understanding of Health & Safety in a working environment
- Confident with tools, machinery, and outdoor work
- Experience leading or managing a small team
Full-time role. Competitive pay based on experience.
