We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bank Staff to join our nurturing nursery team. This flexible role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about early years education and are looking for work that fits around other commitments.
As part of our bank team, you’ll provide cover for staff absences, holidays, and busy periods, supporting the delivery of high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily running of the nursery rooms when required
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS
- Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and team members
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
- Work collaboratively with the nursery team
What We’re Looking For
- Unqualified, Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (preferred but not essential)
- Previous experience working with young children
- A flexible and reliable approach to work
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework (desirable)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for childcare
