Pay: £14.01 per hour, rising to £15.17 per hour after 12 weeks have been completed in your assignment

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an Executive Officer to join the Ministry of Justice's Project Delivery Function Management Office (PDFMO).
This is a varied and rewarding role supporting the delivery of learning and development activities, stakeholder engagement, and the day-to-day running of the Project Delivery Function. You'll work closely with colleagues across the Ministry of Justice and wider government, helping to ensure key activities, events, and programmes run smoothly.
No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and working with a wide range of stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
Your duties may include but not be limited to:
- Coordinating training courses, workshops, meetings, and events.
- Managing learning and development requests and maintaining training records.
- Raising purchase orders and supporting budget tracking activities.
- Monitoring and responding to enquiries through shared inboxes.
- Maintaining trackers, reports, and management information.
- Supporting Power BI reporting and data management activities.
- Arranging travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics.
- Managing calendars, actions, and key deadlines.
- Building positive working relationships with stakeholders across MOJ and wider government.
- Providing general administrative and business support to the wider team.
You may also support wider engagement activities, communications, and ad hoc projects as required.

Desirable Experience
- Managing shared inboxes and coordinating responses.
- Maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting information.
- Supporting learning and development activities.
- Working with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Providing business support within a project, programme, or corporate environment.
Additional Information
Regular travel may occasionally be required to support meetings, events, and project activities at Ministry of Justice locations.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum expectation of two days per week in the Leeds office
