We are looking for a skilled and motivated Large Format Graphics Operative to join our growing production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production, finishing, and installation preparation of a wide range of large-format graphics.

Key Responsibilities
- Operating large-format printers, laminators, cutters, and finishing equipment.
- Producing graphics to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and quality control throughout the production process.
- Preparing artwork files for print
- Liasing with clients to resolve artwork issues
- Colour management
- Printing, laminating, mounting, trimming, weeding, and applying graphics.
- Packing and preparing completed jobs for dispatch or installation.
- Booking NextDay couriers
- Maintaining equipment and keeping the production area clean and organised.
- Monitoring and managing stock levels.
- Working to tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a large-format print, signage, or graphics production environment essential – minimum 3 years
- Proficient in all associated software: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
- Good knowledge of large-format printing processes and finishing techniques.
- Good knowledge of printing media/materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Full UK driving licence
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
