Inno Hospitality Collective are currently recruiting for a for a Full time Chef to join our team at The Sun Inn in Ulverston town centre.
We're relaunching the food offer at The Sun Inn completely — not a tweak to an existing menu, but a full rebuild with a clear identity and a point of view.
The concept: bold sharing food and proper drinks in a pub with real character. Not gastro. Not traditional. Something in between — loaded, generous, built to share, with a kitchen that clearly knows what it's doing.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience working in a similar pub-style kitchen
- Able to work independently during quieter service without supervision
- Works effectively with the management team and takes ownership of the pass
- A genuine interest in food presentation — you understand that how a dish arrives matters
- High standards of cleanliness and good food hygiene practices
- Happy to go over and above for guests — nothing is too much trouble
- Gets excited by this direction rather than needs convincing — this is the most important thing

- Full-time position based in Ulverston town centre
- Live-in accommodation available for the right candidate
- The Sun Inn has a strong reputation for food, a successful team and a full events calendar throughout the year

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
