What’s on offer
This is a non-exclusive role. You will have freedom to work with other people. You are essentially a consultant (sole trader or limited company) who will invoice us monthly as apposed to be on PAYE.
Fee-based pay i.e. you will get a large percentage of the surveys you undertake, these are good quality surveys.
Flexibility to complete as many or as few surveys as you wish.

TaylorFindsProperty is an expanding Chartered Building Surveying company. We are based in Portishead and much of our work is Bristol and Bath based, but we travel all over the South-West of England and beyond (Devon, Cornwall, Gloucestershire, London, Warwickshire).
Due to continued growth and an increasing portfolio of exciting projects, we are looking for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join our expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking company delivering high-quality professional and project services across the property sector. Our friendly and supportive administration team will assist you with weekly organisation.
The Role
You will be primarily involved in completing residential building surveys and inspections on behalf of TaylorFindsProperty.

About You
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused professional who can work independently while contributing positively to the team.
Requirements:
· MRICS qualified
· Strong technical and reporting skills
· Experience across professional and project work
· Excellent communication and client relationship skills
· Full UK driving licence preferred
