We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our Healthcare Staffing team at Jane Lewis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in healthcare staffing, recruitment, workforce management or account management who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.
What you'll be working on:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of National and Portal healthcare staffing clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, high levels of shift fulfilment, and effective operational governance.
You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, working closely with Recruitment, Compliance, Payroll and Operations teams to ensure staffing requirements are met and service standards are consistently achieved.
