Duties
- Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, and styling, tailored to meet individual client needs.
- Maintain a clean and organised work station, ensuring all tools and products are sanitised and ready for use.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences, offering professional advice on styles and treatments.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Mentor junior stylists by sharing knowledge and techniques to enhance their skills.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients.
- Experience in front desk operations is advantageous.
