Duties
- Assist clients with personal care tasks
- Support clients with mobility and daily activities according to individual care plans
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols
Experience
- Previous experience working within a care home or providing home care is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable applicants
- Following care plans to meet individual needs
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with residents and work effectively within the Carlton Hall team

Pay: £12.21-£12.96 per hour
