Working as part of a small team, producing good quality pub classics and specials menu to order. A great opportunity for somebody with some catering experience to progress onto the next level, or an enthusiastic entry level candidate to gain a good understanding of working within a commercial catering kitchen. All relevant training will be given.
Working on a shift basis with holiday and pension entitlements.Hourly pay rate to be discussed at interview.
Duties include cooking and preparation of all types of food, regulation compliance, food presentation in a professional and attractive manner, whilst ensuring standards are maintained.Stock rotation and ordering.
Ideas for new dishes are always a welcome and a positive sign.Reliability, enthusiasm and good health are essential elements of this position.
