About the Role
Due to expansion we are seeking an additional 2 experienced and highly skilled Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Bridging Solicitor to join our busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to take on a senior role in a supportive and dynamic firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Handling re-mortgage work with efficiency and accuracy
- Assisting and supporting the Head of Department with departmental management tasks
- Ensuring excellent client care and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
Essential Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 years PQE in conveyancing (solicitor or licensed conveyancer)
- Proven ability to manage caseloads independently and efficiently
Desirable (Premium Offered):
- Experience with bridging finance transactions

Pay: £55,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
