Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and relationship building? We're a growing commercial cleaning company looking for a results-driven Telephone Sales Executive to help us expand our client base and drive new business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to contribute to the growth of a reputable, ethical cleaning provider while earning a solid base pay and uncapped commission.
Duties
- Source leads & make outbound sales calls to potential business clients
- Generate leads and book meetings or site visits for the management team
- Follow up on leads, issue proposals, and close new cleaning contracts
- Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline using our CRM system
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Hit monthly turnover targets and earn commission
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B telesales, lead generation, or outbound calling
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Confident using CRM systems and sales tools

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10,610.00-£13,260.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
